About the Author Growing up in the Midwest, Christine always had a fondness for romantic fiction and mythical beings. After high school, Christine clerked a couple years before moving to the St. Louis area where she worked her way through college as a sales associate in a lingerie store. The summer before her senior year, she backpacked her way through Italy and the northern Mediterranean with friends. Shortly after graduating from college Christine went back to her first love, writing. It wasn't long before she was writing stories about romance and adventure.
