Working Paper 92 from the Centre of Southeast Asian Studies at Monash University details the dramatic days in November 1992 when the founding chairman of the Party, Jose Maria Sison, fed the debate about the intra-party conflict in the CCP from exile in Europe. This working paper is an excerpt from a day-long interview with Sison, conducted seven months later on 8 July, 1993, at the offices of the National Democratic Front (NDF) in Utrecht, Netherlands. In its question/answer format it explores the history of the CCP and the enigmatic leader.
